The following Terms & Conditions govern all technical contracts, custom-fabricated orders, and logistical engagements with Unique Wire Netting. Since 2008, our operations have been defined by engineering integrity and client-centric transparency.
Dimension Accuracy: Custom orders are executed based on client-provided architectural drawings. The client assumes responsibility for the structural suitability and dimension precision of the requested mesh types.
Material Standards: We guarantee adherence to stated material grades (SS316, SS304, etc.) as per international ASTM/AISI standards. Material certifications are provided upon project completion.
Lead Times: While we maintain ready stock for standard industrial mesh, custom ferruled or hand-woven cable mesh requires specific lead times determined during the quotation phase.
Quality Control: Every dispatch is subject to a 5-point engineering audit to verify wire gauge accuracy, aperture consistency, and weld integrity.
Global Supply: We offer Pan-India delivery and global export services. Risk of material loss or damage transfers to the carrier once the shipment leaves our manufacturing facility, unless otherwise specified in the Incoterms.
Delivery Commitments: We strive to meet all estimated arrival dates; however, technical complexities in bespoke fabrication may occasionally adjust delivery schedules.
Bespoke Orders: Due to the customized nature of architectural façades and ferruled mesh, cancellations are not permitted once raw material processing has commenced.
Warranty Claims: Defective materials reported within 48 hours of delivery will be investigated by our quality assurance team for repair or replacement.
Pricing Policy: Quotations are valid for 7 business days, reflecting the volatility of global metal markets. Terms: Standard practice involves a mobilization deposit prior to fabrication, with the remaining balance cleared before final dispatch.
